In this systems the setpoint
are electric voltage that can adjusted to change the variable condition of the plant.
During operation the PID controller will attempt to correct the error and improve
the transient response between a measured process variable (output) and a desired
set-point by calculating and then outputting a corrective action that can change
the process accordingly.
